Join us for an evening with Goat Island Brewing Company! Featuring Five Beers & Four Courses, we invite you to explore the craft brews of the award-winning Goat Island!

Our Executive Chef Robbie Nicolaisen will be preparing exclusive menu items for each pairing.

First Course

Arancini ~ two brooks farm rice grits, house made pimento cheese, bacon bourbon jam, Mississippi comeback sauce

Asparagus ~ poached in its own juice, gribiche, duck ham, duck egg bottarga

Chicken “Oyster” ~ fried chicken oyster, collard green kimchi, potlikker, valentinas

Lobster ~ vanilla poached, grapefruit sabayon, grilled peaches, almond streusel
