Our Safety Practices

To ensure the highest level of safety for our guests and our staff
we have thoroughly analyzed our business practices and implemented
the following policies and procedures.  

Sanitation Practices

We check our staff's temperature upon their arrival to work.

Guests who dine in our restaurant will be asked to submit to a temperature check upon arriving to dine.

Our staff has made the commitment to contact their manager and stay home if they feel ill - or - if they come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19. 

All staff members will wear face masks at all times while interacting with customers and coworkers.

We have committed to minimizing physical contact with guests and staff.

We will wear gloves when it is appropriate, acknowledging that gloves DO NOT substitute for good hand-washing and hygiene practices.

All staff returning to work have been re-trained on best practices for sanitation throughout the restaurant.

Our staff now uses a 'PathSpot' hand scanner in our kitchen after hand-washing. This scanner uses detection technology to give our team members real-time feedback on the quality of each and every hand-wash. It collects data on the frequency and effectiveness of hand-washing so our team can monitor, measure, and improve hand-washing compliance.

We have installed i-Wave air purifiers in our HVAC system. iWave is an air purifying device that installs in any duct air conditioning system.  When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts.

Safe Dining

Our dining room has been rearranged to ensure at least 6' of space between tables that do not have a physical barrier blocking them from other guests.

We have opened our outdoor patio for dining (weather permitting).

Physical barriers including plexiglass, cloth curtains, wood, & stainless steel have been installed in many places through out the restaurant to keep guests separated from other patrons & staff while dining and using the restroom.

There is now a designated entrance & exit to minimize path crossing for guests dining in the restaurant.  

We provide either a single use menu or QR code to scan & view your menu on your phone.

We have installed Step-N-Pull foot operated door openers in the restrooms.

As a guest you now have the ability to "join our waitlist" from your cellphone rather than coming into the restaurant.

[COMING SOON] We will have contactless payment options for guests dining at a table.

We will be continuing curbside & delivery during all hours of operations.
