2025 Summer Garden Series - Chile Peppers

The first fresh vegetable we are harvesting from out Summer Garden are Chile Peppers. We will be featuring these flavors in our dinner scheduled for Wednesday, May 28th 6 PM to 9 PM. Chile Peppers are often thought of in terms of Scoville units which measure the  heat of a pepper in terms of spiciness. 

Chef Robbie and his culinary team do enjoy a spicy recipe, as most that have ate at The Hound can attest to. For this dinner, however, Chef  Robbie and team are highlighting the unique flavor profile of various Chile Peppers from the spicy Jalapeno to the mild and flavorful Poblano. Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate changes, substitutions, or dietary restrictions. These recipes will have the potential to have higher than normal spice levels usually served at The Hound. Please consider the members of your party sensitivity to spice of before purchasing your tickets. Please do not hesitate to contact a manager with any questions about the event and menu.

**This event will be community seating only. All the members of your party that are using tickets purchased in the same transaction will be seated at the same table. If you have additional members of your party that purchased tickets separately, please include the name(s) used when purchasing tickets in the "Seat me with:" box when purchasing your tickets.**

**Ticket prices are $75 plus tax and gratuity. When purchasing your tickets you will see a tax rate of 27%, this rate includes a 9% sales tax and 18% gratuity for the staff. Tickets are required to attend this dinner. **

**Alcoholic drinks are not included in ticket price. Servers will be available to get your drink order once the Hosts have seated you.**
