Non-Traditional Thanksgiving Day Feast

Pick up on Wednesday, November 25th, from 3pm - 6pm at The Hound. Please email ops@thehound-auburn.com if you need an adjustment to the pick up time. 

This feast serves 8-10 people and includes the following items:

herb roasted whole bird w. roasted onion sage gravy

wild mushroom bread pudding w. thyme, garlic, & pecorino romano

brussel sprout gratin

baked grits w. country ham

maple & coffee bean roast carrots w. pomegranate, pistachio, mint, & tahini yogurt

roasted honeynut squash stuffed w. two brooks farm "blue jasmoon" rice, apple, currants, pecan, white cheddar

mulled cranberry conserve w. red wine, roasted pear & pine

cornbread, poblano, & cheddar drop biscuits

choice of pumpkin spice chess pie w. praline crumble - or - sweet potato & smoked bacon doughnuts w. maple bourbon glaze

PLEASE NOTE: All items are served with re-heat instructions. While they are cooked all the way through, they are not considered "ready to serve".
